Loren handled our sale through some extraordinary circumstances and very difficult buyers. We had one buyer withdraw from an accepted bid and their agent had not collected earnest money. A second (ultimately final) purchaser made some non-standard, almost whimsical, requests and during inspection responses they made some outright unreasonable demands. Loren steered us through it all, keeping our best interests in mind and ultimately finalized a very good sale.
